With over a decade’s worth of experience in the musculoskeletal and orthopaedic field of physiotherapy, Antony has a wealth of knowledge. Over the years, Antony has worked with professional football teams and Olympic athletes, treating patients of all ages, activity levels, and abilities.

The motto at Reach Physiotherapy is ‘Helping you reach your goals’. With a team of fully-qualified and experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists, exercise specialists, nutritionists, and yoga and Pilates instructors, Reach Physio’s specialists work together to help develop an effective treatment plan for each individual.

Working both in private practice and as a senior physiotherapist within the NHS, Tom draws on his depth of experience when assessing and treating a variety of conditions.

As a keen sportsman himself, he has a particular interest in treating sports-related injuries and has previously volunteered at the London Marathon.

Tom is also a qualified sports massage therapist and utilises his hands on skills in combination with his extensive knowledge in exercise prescription to help his clients achieve their goals and return to full function.

Bio

Matteo’s journey with Pilates began in 2015 while living in London. Prompted by osteopaths and tired of living daily with aches and pains, he started taking Equipment Pilates classes, which brought profound transformation to his health and vitality. His love for the method and the desire to  learn about the complexity and beauty of the body, inspired him to train as an instructor to share the benefits with a wider community.

In 2021 he certified from Evolve Movement Education’s Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program under the mentorship of Ana Barretxeguren, founder of Brighton Pilates Studio, Evolve and the creator of Moving Fascia.

With just couple of years of experience, Matteo has been teaching from beginners to advanced level reformer classes, mat and equipment classes, welcoming clients with various conditions, spine pathologies and injuries helping them during their rehabilitation process.

At Reach Matteo offers weekly reformer classes and 1:1 appointments.

With a hands-on approach, Matteo creates a safe space where clients can experience and create healthy connections with their bodies and movement.

His classes focus on pelvic stability, breath and diaphragmatic alignment for an holistic all body work out, strengthening from the inside out.

Since qualifying as a physiotherapist from King’s College, London in 1997 Vic has had the opportunity to develop many areas of expertise.

She works with multiple conditions including postural symptoms, sporting injuries, spinal and orthopaedic issues, repetitive strain injuries and pelvic health (pre/post natal and bladder control problems).
Personally she has enjoyed many years of competition in both running and cycling, embracing the world of marathons and long distance cycling (mtb and road) races giving her the enthusiasm and empathy to advise on personal competing goals.

Equally, she is passionate in supporting clients interlink fitness into busy lifestyles for pure enjoyment and wellbeing. And is a keen advocate of advising and encouraging clients to remain active as they age.

Vic endeavours to design a recovery plan that works for you, using education, exercise therapy, rehab programmes, manual therapy, dry needling and lifestyle advice.

Bio

After qualifying in 2013 Joshua gained a wealth of experience in busy London clinics before setting up a dedicated home visit service which he continues to run. Working in this manner allows him to ocassionally indulge his passion for Yoga and Swimming between clients.

Utilising soft tissue techniques, joint manipulation, acupuncture and Laser/LED therapy provides Joshua with a range of tools to solve a wide range of complaints.

Joshua is passionate about casting the net as widely as possible to solve patients complaints and takes pride in tailoring exercise based solutions to each client to back up any hands on treatment that he uses.

Bio

Ultrarunner and general outdoors enthusiast. Will enjoys running, hiking and climbing in the British countryside and mountains, especially Scotland, with an earlier background in martial arts and parkour. His approach to training is centred on the belief that being able to move easily, without pain or apprehension plays a significant part in improving the quality of life for many people, and that body confidence rooted in learning new skills and capacities is more enduring and rewarding than that based on appearance.

A serious ankle injury and surgery in 2014 sparked an intense interest in the processes of recovery and the mechanics of running. Will self-coached his way back to fitness and two years later was back racing the 38 mile Downslink Ultra.

As a personal trainer, Will is GP referral qualified, with additional qualifications in strength and conditioning, and gait analysis, and is a UK Athletics certified Leader in Running Fitness.

He is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist trained in injury recovery, pre and post competition
massage and neuro-muscular release (trigger point therapy).

Philly has been practising massage since 2008 after completing a certificate in therapeutic massage, and has since passed a diploma in sports massage.

 Since qualifying in sports massage in 2010 she has been gaining invaluable clinical and event experience in both chiropractic and osteopathic clinics. She has taken part in postgraduate courses regularly to improve her skills inc. MFR, pregnancy massage, taping and strapping, ultrasound and medical acupuncture. 

 Being a keen tennis player and runner, she recognises the importance of Sports Massage and how regular treatment can keep athletes performing at their top level by working to aid recovery, prevent injury and encourage their development. 

 Philly was selected as a Sports Massage Practitioner for the London 2012 Olympic Games – this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience which has provided an excellent foundation for her sports therapy work.

Levi is a senior physiotherapist working within the NHS and the private practice. Since graduating she has gained experience in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and paediatric physiotherapy.

Levi is an APPI Pilates instructor and can apply her clinical knowledge to make her Pilates sessions bespoke to you. She is qualified in Ante & Post natal Pilates and can help you with returning to your goals throughout and after pregnancy. Levi has worked internationally in Verbier, Switzerland to treat acute injuries. She enjoys working with patients from a variety of different backgrounds.

Anna Moy was core to our development team from the beginning, working as front of house manager. Nurturing her talent as a human has been lovely to watch and I am now proud that she has joined our team of therapists as a massage therapist.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage: combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath-work and yoga stretching. Similar to Thai massage, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage uses oil and is performed on a mat allowing for a full range of stretching. In addition; the deep tissue massage dissolves physical tension, while the assisted stretches and breath exercises realign the body and stimulate the natural flow of energy.

Deep tissue massage: uses deep sweeping strokes and specific trigger point release he focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
